Kraton Machinery has developed the multi-purpose silicone injection molding machine for many years with a clear purpose in mind: to increase the production efficiency and reducing the manpower; Through the innovation of this dual-station machine, one worker is now able to control two stations on a single machine that has a dual-control system, capable of controlling the two stations independently. What does this mean for the end-customer? You can use two different moulds and manufacture two entirely different products. The results of this design is that now a single machine can achieve the value of two independent injection molding systems.
The KTVJ series is available with up to 250T clamping force and is widely used for compression moulding products where one might use LSR instead of HTV; This enables customers to reduce the material waste and increase the production stability by ensuring equal material distribution for molded products; It can be paired with the same compression molding molds. At the same time, it can also use injection molding technique with LSR moulds; The machine price is also more cost-efficient compared to purchasing two different systems.
